  The botanical herbs in this formula have been specially chosen to provide additional support.  Oestrogen-like plant hormones are found in many plants, although they are weaker than human oestrogen they provide a natural boost to the oestrogen when hormone levels are low, some of these include:   Ginger has anti-inflammatory and properties and decreases the feeling of nausea. Celery which is high in natural plant hormones. Montmorency cherry is a rich antioxidant and anti-inflammatory.  Studies have also shown that the Montmorency cherry assists with improved sleep. Kelp is a high source of iodine which assists with the production of thyroid hormones, boosting the metabolic rate and energy levels.  Kelp has many health benefits and studies have also shown that it helps to improve hair skin and nails where iodine intakes are low.
